About us
The people who build and the people who handle the paperwork are the same team.
SMB brings together the work on site and the administrative and paperwork side. Permits, filings, specifications and deadlines are handled by us, alongside the crews working on site. With the client at the centre of every choice.
- One single contact, from the first site visit to the handover of the keys.
- We handle the filings and the documents, we do not hand them over to you.
- Part of the EGY Holding group, together with EGY Green by Italy.

How it grows
One floor at a time.
Columns, floors, walls, finishes. Scroll and the building goes up: the same order we follow on site.
Schematic drawing, not a real project.
On site
The work, up close.
The group
Part of EGY Holding.
SMB is the operating arm of the group: the site, the crews, the Italian way of building. The same skill travels to Egypt with EGY Green by Italy, dedicated to energy-saving ventilated façades.
